It's my second time calling Musso, I was impressed and thought that I would call on them again, my biggest fear was that they probably wouldn't show up on a second visit so, I called them to replace a kitchen faucet and to my surprise they were available within 24 hrs. Woke up to find water in the basement coming from somewhere within the walls of the downstairs and upstairs bathrooms. Called Musso and they had a guy at the house within the hour. Great Guy, Mike. Very personable and smart. I watched as he did all kinds of tests shutting off/on valves to determine what was leaking. I was convinced it was a leaking toilet water supply line. I thought he was being overly cautious to continue testing. He did not want to bust holes in the wall and floor without more evidence of what the problem was. Good Thing! because it ended up being a leaking water supply line to the refrigerator ice maker. No water coming from anywhere under the fridge, it all ran straight to the wall behind the fridge, a wall common to the bathroom. His sound judgment saved me a whole lot of grief and money. Excellent service, my shower knob broke on a Sunday morning and we desperately needed a plumber to come out to fix, they sent a plumber out who was very knowledgeable and professional, he even fixed our problem in record time. I'm glad we worked with this company, he quoted a price and even called for a discount. this will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

We had a clogged kitchen sink, contacted Musso through angies list. The office called immediately, she gave us a ballpark estimate over the phone. The tech was out a couple hours later. He was courteous and professional. Told us what he was going to do, and how much it would cost. He wore a face mask, gloves and booties. He cleared the blockage within an hour or so. He cleaned up afterward. The price was exactly as quoted and very reasonable. Would definitely call them again. Thank you!
We've used Musso Plumbing a few times and have never had any problems. The plumbers that were sent to our home were courteous, professional and knowledgable. They fixed the problem as promised, cleaned up after they were done and we didn't have any reoccurring issues with their work. We would recommend using them.
